“Design is not just what it looks like and feels like. Design is how it works.”
April King, M.Ed, CAPS
Business & Relationship Manager
April assisted with the plan and build process for the first ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) constructed house build by Habitat for Humanity in Santa Fe, NM. She also designed culturally neutral, safe spaces for clientele at women’s shelter in Alberta, CA.
Best described as a “strategic creative,” April’s multi-faceted background and experiences have molded her ability to see potentials and solutions for clients that they hadn’t considered.
Her combined experiences in real estate, interior design, and special needs education and services complement aging in place planning and design.
Sleuthing! Being able to translate what a client is saying into livable solutions that they love.
